Standard Printing Process:
Print method is four color process (CMYK - offset litho - 175 line screen). Our standard production magnets are approximately .025 mil material thickness with a gloss finish. Magnets must be ordered in increments of 2,500 units.

Custom Die Cutting:
Excluding the Business Card Program, non-intricate die cutting is included in the pricing at no additional charge. Magnet sets or frames with “kiss cuts” nested inside may incur additional tooling charges - please call for a custom quote.

Tolerances:
Magnet thickness: +/- .003”. Registration and die cutting: +/-. 09375”

Production Time & Usage:
Standard production time: 7-10 working days after final proof approval. Magnets are intended for indoor application only, and are not suitable for outdoor use.

FOB Point:
Factory. All shipments to California may incur applicable CA taxes unless a reseller’s permit is provided prior to order being shipped. Standard handling & insurance charges apply per box. Drop shipments are available for $8.00 in increments of 2,500. Freight shipments billed 3rd party will be charged a $15.00 per box fee. Off The Wall Magnetics is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping.

Overruns and Underruns:
In most cases Off The Wall Magnetics will ship the exact quantity ordered. However, we reserve the right to ship 5% over or under the quantity ordered and the job will be considered complete. Magnets must be ordered in increments of 2,500 units.

Packing Slips:
Off The Wall Magnetics does not provide packing slips, although we will use customer supplied packing slips at no extra charge.

Shipping:
We charge UPS published rates, and will provide spot quotes for LTL shipments.

Returned Art:
Off The Wall Magnetics does not return artwork unless requested. Off The Wall Magnetics does not guarantee the integrity of the electronic art on returned disk. When requested, returned artwork is sent first class USPS. Artwork requiring special handling, verification, or signature add $16.50(C).
